A 20,000 sq ft warehouse facility that includes a 6,000 sq ft service dept with latest test equipment. Trained and certified technicians with over 60 years of experience, including Microsoft MCSE and Compaq ASE.

Our state-of-the-art test facility posess Alpha, Intel and Cisco based test platforms, enabling Compurex to test a wide range of options and accessories including, but not limited, to central processors, memory modules, storage accessories, and legacy products. All of our product handling processes meet or exceed industry guidelines for safety and anti-static protection.

A switched network test environment allows “live” network testing. Electronic technical documentation and record keeping available at individual testing/refurbishment areas provides efficient, accurate order processing.

Due to the rigorous testing, Compurex provides repair and refurbishing services at it's facility only and does not provide on-site repair at customer's location(s) at this time.

Repair Hours:
Monday Through Friday 8:00am-5:30PM

Repair Rate:
The standard repairs charges apply for option or system level repairs. The following are the standard charges to the customer unless otherwise negotiated: repair part(s), hourly repair rate, and the shipping of the part(s) to and from our facility. The hourly rate is $75 per hour during normal business hours. Priority serivce for after hours and Holidays is billed at time and a half and double time rates.

Warranty:
All repair work is warrantied for 90 Days
